A PROGRAM FOR SMEs

The Digital Champions Club is a 12 month program designed to create internal experts inside your business and includes everything they need to succeed. The program takes a learn by doing approach that has Champions working on real projects, solving real problems and delivering real value. 

With two of your people committing two hours each per week we will support them to deliver six to eight projects per year with an expected benefit of $100,000 or more per annum.

The Digital Champions Club is ideally suited for growing organisations with between 10 and 80 employees (but if you work for a larger organisation please enquire about our in house programs).

What’s Included

Simple Framework

The Digital Champions Club is based on a proven framework that is easy to follow and simple to implement. Based on Simon’s book The Digital Champion, it provides a step-by-step approach to identifying business constraints, investigating digital solutions and continuously implementing new improvement projects.

Monthly Coaching

Once a month, digital champions have a one-on-two coaching session with one of the program’s expert coaches. Monthly coaching is more than just about access to advice, it drives accountability and helps ensure that your projects get delivered.

Quarterly Intensive

Once a quarter, members come together from across Australia for a one day ‘bootcamp’. These events are carefully designed to facilitate peer to peer learning and knowledge sharing between members.

Expert Speakers

Each quarter we bring in cutting edge speakers and industry experts to inspire members and help them identify new opportunities.

On Demand Learning

Members can access extensive online learning resources including videos detailing the key aspects of the methodology, activities and resources, keynotes from expert speakers and a detailed library of previously completed projects.
